Marisa Harding Hodge began her public service career in the Ministry of Finance in 2013 and has
progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in fiscal policy, financial planning, and
governance. She currently serves as Permanent Secretary, Finance in the Government of Anguilla.
Marisa holds a Master’s degree in Management (Managerial Economics) from the London School of
Economics and Political Science and completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at SOAS
University of London. She is passionate about fitness and enjoys gardening which are interests that
keep her grounded and reinforce the value of steady effort, patience, learning, and celebrating small
wins.
